Mr. Rios is the founder of the firm.  He was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas and has lived and worked in Austin for the last eight years. During this time, true to his entrepreneurial spirit, he has been involved in a number of privately owned businesses, including a commercial mortgage brokerage, a private equity group, an employee leasing company, and several small joint ventures focusing on real estate and asset-based financing.

Prior to founding the law firm, Mr. Rios worked in the fields of hospitality, accounting and tax, securities and financial advising, and real estate finance.  His varied background, in conjunction with his legal experience, helps him to better understand his client’s positions and provide sage counsel in their matters.
